Move WhatsApp Group to Signal App

WhatsApp recently updated its privacy policy regarding data-sharing, and if users don't agree to it they'll lose access to the app. I have explained how to move WhatsApp group to signal app .Let's take a look:

Step-1: The first thing you need to do is download and install the Signal app on your Android | iOS device. 

Step-2: Now, register on the app and complete your profile. 

Create a group

Step-3: Click on the three dots menu at the top right corner in the above diagram.

Step-4: Now, you have the option to add contacts who have joined the Signal app to this group. 

Step-5: Enter the group name and click on "Create". 

Create a group link 

Once you have created a group, you can create a group link that allows you to easily add members to this group.

Step-6: Open the group and click on the three dots at the top right corner in the above diagram. 

Step-7: Now, click on group settings. 

Step-8: Then, click on the Group link. 

Step-9: Now, enable Group link. 

Share group link on WhatsApp

Step-10: Now you can share this group link with your friends and family on WhatsApp so that they can easily join your new Signal group in the above diagram. Share group link, reset Group link and approve new members. To share the group link, click on share and select from one of the available options such as share via signal, copy, QR code and the share button. For additional security, you have the option to enable approval for the group link. If you think that the group link has been shared with outsiders by someone, you have the option to reset the group link and create a new Group link.
